There are so, so many facets to developing self-love, self-confidence, and self-trust, and we’re going to talk about quite a few of them today…

That’s right, I said WE. I am so, so pleased to be able to welcome another SLOC alum, Natalie Ashton, onto the podcast to chat about her experience in the program!

Natalie is such an incredible person. I could talk about her for hours. She’s come so far since I first met her, and today she’s coming on to talk about building self-trust, learning how to set boundaries (even when it’s scary!), and all of the incredible new endeavors she’s taken on since graduating from the program.
