Having meaningful conversations is something that can be learned, and with focus and practice, you can all become better at it, and once a conversation gets going, you should have little problem maintaining that momentum. 

The art of conversation is a necessary skill for almost everything in life, and it's well worth your time to become both comfortable with it and good at it. Without conversation as the foundation for relationships, you’ll have a hard time building connections and credibility.
