Zoe Mole suffered physical and verbal abuse throughout her school days, which contributed to her seeking comfort in food. She joined Slimming World at 19, dropped five dress sizes and has maintained her 4st weight loss ever since! 17 years later she was awarded Top Target Consultant 2021 and was part of the Slimming World London Marathon team!

Zoe joins Anna and Clare on a windy and wet walk in the Peak District to talk about three of the biggest challenges she had to overcome during her weight loss journey: acceptance, no-judgement and courage.
