For the next few weeks, we'll be diving into our annual goals process. It's become an annual tradition which I look forward to because I don't think - as business owners - we focus enough on what it takes to make our goals a reality.  Setting them is easy - going through the goal setting process is the easy part.  Accomplishing them is a different story. So to kick off this series, we're diving into the dirty little secrets of goals.  There are three we'll cover.  And they aren't talked about when we romanticize the idea of goals.
