April wanted to know if there is a better way to really change what we do and how we do it. Turns out, there is. Focusing on practices, not establishing new routines and habits, is the best path to lasting change. 

In this episode, Aransas breaks down the differences between habits, routines, and practices and shares strategies for identifying our reasons behind the change and how building routines from practices is actually how to create a new and lasting habit. .
