Jared Burdick is a 2:20 Marathoner, and he has taken his road speed to the trails emerging as a hill climbing force to be reckoned with. He recently broke the course record at the Hyner Trail Challenge. He joins us to not only review some past race results but to talk about how it feels to be devestated in the trials of miles.
