In today's episode I'm talking about OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINIONS - and why we need to stop giving them so much control over our lives. Nobody knows me like I know me. If I compromise myself because I’m worried about what other people think, I’m not being authentic to myself and am not living to the full potential that God gave me. It has been so freeing to allow myself to be myself despite what other people think and make decisions based on what I know is best for me and my family. It has also give me more personal responsibility so that I am more careful with what I do and say. 

I had no idea that a lot the anxiety and stress I was experiencing were due to my own codependency. As I started to recognize each piece of the puzzle, I began searching for ways to change. In the this series of 10 episodes, I'm going to walk you through each of the toxic behaviors that I identified in myself, how I am working to change them, and how I am keeping myself from absorbing them from others.
