We sit down with CT trail stalwart Ron Locandro for a quick one, waxing poetic about the nurturing and supportive community of trailrunners here in the Northeast. Ron has a stellar resume; completing tough races like Grindstone 100 and Manitou's Revenge as well as acting as the co-RD for perennial season opener Traprock 50k. We also thank Ron for his continued suppoort fo not oly Cultra but getting out and helping all the runner's at this year's CUT112.
