Rupda is an internationally known Somatic Therapist, Personal Development coach, Group Facilitator and a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trained at Peter Levine’s SE Institute. Her diverse background includes collaboration with Tony Robbins in Business Mastery and Leadership, along with studies in Quantum Physics, Family Constellation, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Stress Release techniques.
In this episode, Rupda shares a bit of her childhood when she was homeless and taken away by social services. By the time she was seven she began to live in a Tibetan Monastery where the monks did not speak her language. These early experiences shaped the way she felt about her position in the world and how, through living in community she was able to become what she is today. In the conversations, Rupda emphasizes the importance of laughter, resonance, and embracing the unknown as crucial elements in personal and spiritual development. She shares insights on how safety, trust, and a profound presence within oneself can lead to profound transformation, highlighting the role of the body as a truthful guide in this journey. We talk about self-leadership, modern spirituality, and the power of Retreats.
