In today's episode I answer the following questions:
1. Hi, I am trying to recover my period currently and have been eating around 2500 cals and been only light walking. Yet I still lift about 3 times a week for no longer than a hour. I’m scared to stop lifting and for all the weight to just turn into fat rather than muscle. Do you think the 3 times a week lifting it really doing to set back my recovery?
2. What's worse? Walking a lot (around 1-1:30 hr) or an hour bodyweight workout for a day?
3. I have a question. Do I have to eat more food, even when I am not hungry, just to get my period back, or should I just listen to my hunger and fullness cues?
