We finally had a chance to speak with Rebecca Hammond, Harvard MD and elite OCR athlete! 

We wanted to have her on early on in the pandemic but everyone else seemed to have had the same idea.  We figured we would save our questions for the next time that we saw her at a race but little did we know that this pandemic was going to take a long time and we still aren't out of it yet!
