211. Do You Ever Come Back from Vacation and Feel Like You Need a Vacation? Here's How I am Setting Intentions for My Time Off to Rest Well and Slow down!
Last month we held our annual live event, Love is Magic and it was (no pun intended) SO MAGICAL!
I usually always take a couple weeks “off” of working so I can spend some real quality time with my family, but it is NOT easy for me!
Have you ever felt like your vacation just left you more tired or stressed? That's how it can sometimes feel for me too.
This summer I have been coached a lot and I set the intentions to really truly REST and use this time to slow down, while still getting the things I want done!
