So many people see themselves repeating a pattern they’ve already observed, and they believe it means that there is something they are doing “wrong.”

I’ve experienced myself repeating patterns after I’ve become aware of them, but I’ve never made myself wrong for it.

Instead, I got CURIOUS. I got EXCITED. Because I believe that awareness means I’m simply seeing myself more clearly, and I believe it for you, too.
