In today's episode, Emily has guest Connor Trott. Connor is a new athlete for Alphalete, JYM Supplement athlete, owner of Connor Trott Fitness and Connor Trott Finance. You may also recognize him from Love Island USA where he was a contestant on. Emily and Connor just recently met when he came to visit Alphaland in Houston. They discuss how starting on your own journey to evolving may begin with helping yourself but it ends up helping others as well. The two then dive into Connor's move across the country to LA and what made him decide he needed a change of scenery. Connor says he had a longing to experience something new and a chance to figure everything out on his own. He talks about how he ended up on Love Island through his Instagram and his experience with being on the show. Both Connor and Emily have a large platform so the two discuss why it's important to stay authentic on social media and not try to be what everyone expects you to be. They talk about how having an online community is an amazing thing but prioritizing in person relationships is vital to feeling true connection in life.
