I’m joined by Jenna, one of my former private mentorship clients, to discuss the transformation that's happened in her life since working together. Prior to coaching, she had already been working with therapists, overcame an eating disorder, and embarked on a lot of inner work. Yet, there was still another layer of healing and growth that she was craving.

Jenna describes her struggles with anxious-attachment in her relationship and her desire for deeper, more meaningful friendships. In our sessions, we worked to heal her inner child and build more internal confidence, which not only diminished her anxiety, but also gave her a sense of empowerment. Jenna notes that one of the main differences between therapy and coaching is that I provided a much more hands-on approach and gave her tangible tools that she could implement immediately.

It gives me chills to see the progress that Jenna has made in the short time that we worked together. She feels more connected in her romantic relationship, has called in authentic female friendships, and received a raise at work.
