There is a lot going on in this week's episode!

Katelyn and Mike go to Westport, MA to participate in Samurai Sprint for the first time and were even able to get a phone interview with Stephen Ferreira the founder of the aforementioned race!

From there we go to the Hungry Monkey in Newport, Rhode Island where Katelyn, Nancy, Mike, and Ian stuffed their faces after the Newport 10 Miler!

In the closing we hear about Angela and Jimmie completing the double Spartan Sprint weekend in Tuxedo, NY as well as John's participation in his 15th half marathon, the Covered Bridges Half Marathon in Woodstock, VT!
