Danielle is a registered dietitian who left the field of nutrition many years ago but returned after her diagnosis of chronic migraine. This happened as she realized how few resources were available for this common and sometimes debilitating condition. Migraine-oriented eating can mean many things as there is no one "migraine diet" that helps everyone or fits into their lifestyle. So that she could help people beyond just diet and nutrition, Danielle became a certified health and wellness coach. Managing stubborn migraine often requires a multimodality approach.


Danielle lives in Florida with her husband and daughter and enjoys adventures with her family, spending time in her garden, and cooking for friends and family.
