Join me as I ponder (for a whole half hour) the everlasting question of modern parenthood: When is too much, too much... when it comes to our kids' activities? Am I the only one who's having a hard time keeping up? Are we doing too much? But if we dial back, then is it too little and they're missing out? Is it wrong to want your kids to just have a happy, average life? How do we help our kids reach that sweet spot of having something they love, and also letting them be kids? And why did no generation of parents before us ever really seem to wrestle with these questions??
