7. Luck Is setting up an environment for good things to happen 40:59
8. If you wouldn't switch positions with the person, why are you listening to them? 45:27
9. People above you rarely take a swipe at you. 51:04
10. Don't be a dick! 57:19
11. If the other person can't help you, then don't complain to them! 01:01:36
12. If you fail to prepare, prepare to fail. 01:06:04
13. It normally all works out in the end. "You will be fine" 01:08:28
