(20:28) - Question 1 - Another question is how do I get my parents motivated to be fit and healthy. I have watched my whole life and tried to get them to eat healthier and be active but to no avail. My mom is easier to convince and motivate but she got in a car accident and hurt her back so it’s hard to motivate her when shes in pain most of the time. Any suggestions?🥺
(28:13) - Question 2 - do you train abs? A lot of my friends say abs are made in the kitchen or they get their abs from working out the rest of their body. Thoughts?
(31:18) - Question 3 -I feel more comfortable squatting with my legs a little bit further apart than you guys recommend (where I would normally jump from).  Is this something I need to correct? Or will it be fine?
(33:50) - Question 4 -Is it okay to go over my protein, and some days I find my fat go past my carbs, is that okay?
