I'M BACK!!! In this episode, I talk a bit about where I've been and I talk through my major mental road blocks. I also dive into topic #8 in this series, which is appropriately about focusing too much on perfection instead of celebrating progress – and then giving up or stopping when something is not perfect. I had no idea that a lot the anxiety and stress I was experiencing were due to my own codependency. As I started to recognize each piece of the puzzle, I began searching for ways to change.
