Happy birthday week to Dr Marsh! (@thespiritual_psychologist) Dr Rathika is a brilliant soul who I had the pleasure of working with last year

She has been on my own healing journey – one of exploring that feeling of not being enough, of not feeling worthy and of needing external validation in order to feel ok. Her journey catapulted into one of self discovery when she entered the spiritual path of raising her conscious vibrations and taking responsibility for how she lives her life and perceive this world.

She has been interested in mental health at a young age, which led her to completing my Psychology degree, studied child development became a teacher, and then completed a Doctorate in Educational Psychology. She has worked in the field of education as a Psychologist  for over 15 years which gives her unique insight into child development and how this goes on to impact on the beliefs, subconscious responses and models of thinking you develop as an adult. She then went on to widen her scope to become a mental health trainer for mental health services in the UK, and a Senior accredited coach with the ACCPH.

I was drawn to work with her because of her free spirited soul, her teachings on connecting to your shadow self, free spirited wild woman, and her love of dancing, music, color, and playfulness. All things I felt I needed at that time in my life!
