Through slow breathing, grounding, and gentle affirmations, you’ll learn to:

  • Let go of fear around physical sensations

  • Stop scanning for danger and reconnect to calm

  • Feel compassion for your body instead of suspicion

  • Begin trusting that your body is doing its best to keep you safe

    This is the meditation to play when anxiety convinces you something’s wrong or when you just need to remember that your body isn’t broken.
