It’s that moment when you go from being quiet and careful to suddenly not caring what anyone thinks. You’ve spent years shrinking yourself to stay safe, so when your voice finally returns, it might come out louder, sharper, or stronger than you intended. You may question if you are the one being harmful.
That doesn’t make you toxic. It makes you human. Healing is messy. And sometimes, finding your balance means swinging too far before you find your middle. In this episode, I’ll walk through what the pendulum of healing looks like: Survival Mode, Protection Mode, and Empowerment Mode, and how to use intentions as your guide.
