In this Intuitive Flow Session, I unpack one of my favorite topics: Unapologetic Self-Expression. Showing up as your authentic self is one of the most liberating and empowering ways to move though the world. Yet most women go through life hiding their full feminine expression and modifying their personalities to try to ‘fit in.’ 

In this episode, I will walk you through the ways that you can start to shift the inner self-talk and your mindset so that you can be your fully expressed self in person, and online. 

One of the main reasons we’re afraid to be our authentic selves is because we’re afraid of judgment and being rejected. Regardless of how you express yourself, there are always going to be people who judge you, because there is no way that any of us can please every person. Rather than let that hold you back, take this as all the more reason to lean in! By being who you think everyone wants you to be, you are suppressing parts of your soul that want to come out. By allowing them to shine, there will be so much more available to you from your big dreams, to how you act, and even down to how you dress.

Authenticity is found when you can show up exactly as you are, letting yourself go to be witnessed by others. A powerful step you can take to practice being your authentic self is to intentionally put yourself in environments that are supportive and encouraging of self-expression. The beautiful result is that when you are being your authentic self, you are also giving other people permission to be self-expressed.
