She believes wholeheartedly in the power we have as humans to create the life of our dreams, and that it all starts from within. What we say, do, and value are things our children pick up on and we need to take responsibility for that.  Helping little ones love their body starts with us loving ours. In this episode, Shanna explores ways that parents can model healthy behaviors and help cultivate habits in children so they can live fully self-expressed.

Shanna Mota is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Holistic Nutritionist and conscious mama. She believes wholeheartedly in the power we have as humans to create the life of our dreams, and that it all starts from within. Her mission is to empower women to live a life FULLY EXPRESSED through cultivating self love and aligning body, mind and heart.

Shanna works with clients on healing the body and mind using food, movement, meditation, and mindfulness practices as the foundation. She also specializes in taking yoga “off the mat” teaching her community the powerful philosophy and lessons of the ancient yoga texts and how we can integrate them into our lives to enjoy a more joyful and peaceful life. She also takes these philosophies and infuses them into her parenting.

Shanna offers multiple online programs and group coaching that teach the foundation of her work. She also hosts wellness retreats and IN PERSON experiences to activate the teachings and experience the work with the collective.
