About Tracy Slepcevic:

Tracy is the founder of PUR Health, LLC, a passionate holistic health advocate, wife, and proud mother of two. Her personal journey from a childhood of processed foods to a life rooted in healing and integrative wellness is both inspiring and transformative. After her son was diagnosed with autism over a decade ago, Tracy immersed herself in the world of nutrition, biomedical interventions, and alternative therapies. Her relentless dedication led to her son’s remarkable transformation—from a nonfunctioning child with autism to one who is now fully functioning.

This experience ignited Tracy’s mission to help others. She returned to school and earned a BA in Complementary and Alternative Health, along with certifications as a Holistic Health Coach, Dietary Supplements Advisor, and EMT. She also holds an AA in Business Administration and has completed Level 3 Life Mastery Training.

Tracy has spent years working alongside osteopathic and naturopathic doctors, scientists, and educators—gaining deep insight into how diet and lifestyle impact the body and brain. Today, she empowers individuals and families to take control of their health, drawing from both personal experience and a strong foundation in integrative wellness.

Are you concerned about food supply insecurity? Our family has rigorously sourced our foods for over a decade and one of our favorite sources is Farm Match and specifically for San Diego locals, “Real Food Club PMA”. My kids are literally made from their maple breakfast sausage and the amazing carnitas we make from their pasture raised pork. We are thrilled to share 10% off your first order when you shop at this link.

Another important way to bolster food security is by supporting local ranchers. Our favorite local regenerative ranch is Perennial Pastures. They have the best nutrient-dense meats that are 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised. You can get $10 off of your first purchase when you use the code: "FUTUREGENERATIONS" at checkout.
