She educates dental providers about their potentially lifesaving role in heart attack and stroke prevention, sleep-disordered breathing and airway disorders. Cris describes herself as an “architect of change” in dentistry’s approach to oral-systemic health.
She has been recognized for her contributions to science and patient-centered dental hygiene. She sits on the Advisory Board of Oral Cancer Cause, Dental Entrepreneur Women, and the Children’s Airway First Foundation.
