The Thyroid gland sits in the throat chakra, and there is a reason why the energy there gets unbalanced.
Speaking our truth can be difficult, especially if we are rejected when our words come out.  

The Thyroid is like an accelerator pedal In balance  our foot is pressed gently down so we are able to keep moving and growing in our life. When the foot comes off the pedal we slow down to a stop.  Notice how our speaker is pushing the car along.
