The Ileocecal valve connects the small and large intestine.
This valve is designed to support the downward flow of digestion, absorption and elimination.

Problems with this valve effect our bodies and can create much digestive discomfort.
So what's the message from our body when this  valve is not functioning properly?

This episode follows a problem with painful  varicose veins into the past and some difficult childhood experiences.

Varicose veins are essentially a problem with circulation, the blood has stagnated and stopped moving in the vessel.  Veins are carrying blood back to the heart. Blood relates to vitality and warmth. The metaphor here reflects a lack of movement and something being stuck, old and without warmth.

BPPV stands for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. It occurs when crystals of calcium carbonate shift in the inner ear creating balance problems, vertigo and extremely unpleasant feelings of spinning. It can be very disabling. 
In this podcast the speaker describes how this happened for her following a bizarre head trauma and what led up to this event.

I hold the belief that nothing is random and everything happens FOR us rather than TO us and here we explore the possibilities of why this may have occurred for her.

The movement that the speaker  describes in this podcast is an adaptation of the Somersault Manoeuvre . The other options to explore are the  Epley Manoeuvre or the Canalith repositioning procedure. Searching for any of these  will lead you to a DIY solution that aims to  reposition the inner ear crystals.

In this episode we explore the Root Cause of Acne.
In this beautiful and heartfelt conversation you will really hear the emotional pain our speaker felt in her upbringing.
The work we did in this session was profound and months later she gave me this feedback ....


" I think that the podcast on itself already brought a huge shift in awareness and like I said: all the puzzle pieces fell together. 

So in the months since then I felt more calmness in my body, more grounding, softness and fullfillness. I’ve accepted myself more and love myself more, I’ve stepped up as a woman. I’m not that little girl anymore and I embrace myself as a woman with all my feminine energy. I’m more in surrender mode and everything seems easier and is alright. I feel more confident, because I know where I stand and what I’m worthy. Also I’m less dependent on other people, things and situations. I set my boundaries for myself and follow my needs. 

This week I was happy with the reflection in the mirror for the first time again, because what I saw was what I mentioned in the podcast as my precious. It felt I had myself (and then I mean the outside part) back, so I felt whole. Through all the pain, all the hard times, with all the lessons that it had teached me. The inside and outside me match each other! 

I really want to thank you for the lovely conversation. I also feel excited to share it with the world, but I think it’s necessary."
