In this episode I chat with entrepreneur  Michelle Sutherland,  a Scottish born now Aussie (Scozzie) who has been alcohol free for almost four years.    
Michelle made the change when she heard Tony Robbins say these very simple words "Alcohol is poison,  don't do it".  That was enough,  she made the choice to stop on New Years Day and she hasn't looked back.  
We talk about her strategies,  her ability to say no and how powerful that is,  the benefits of being alcohol free and how much her life has improved in all areas.  
We also talk about breaking down your goals in to mini goals,  the importance of congratulating your self,  accountability,  keeping good company and being brave enough to honour yourself and sobriety being the highest form of self love.
