Neeta discusses her journey of healing and how she found emotional release from psychological traumas through her upbringing. Neeta explains how she found release, considering the psychosocial expectations associated with emotions, which include the 4 components of the bounce factor: upbringing, good stress, emotional capacity, and radical self-awareness.
