We had Elvi Guzman on the show to talk about his 10 year anniversary of City Challenge Race!

City Challenge Race has great obstacles, epic medals, a huge support system comprised of gyms and teams, and much more going for them!  Their next event in New York City will also have prize money for the first time!

These events have been on Mike's radar for a long time and with Katelyn's family living in New Jersey you'd think that we would have had the opportunity to run one by now.  We hope to check out one of his races soon and we recommend that you do as well!
