We continue this series on Heal Thy Self that we kicked off with veteran holistic physician Dr. Bradley Nelson. His best-selling book "The Emotion Code" provides step-by-step instructions for working with the body's energy healing power. His new book is, “The Body Code: Unlocking Your Body's Ability to Heal Itself,” and it is our muse for this discussion. The methods he talks about have some basis in science but require…some faith and mind expanding. I found enough people testifying to Dr Nelson and his concepts that I wanted to discuss it more, and when I find people who are influencing lots of people, and people I respect, I want to know more. This is an exploration of possibility. It doesn’t mean I understand and follow it all.
