I have to be honest, I struggle with a lot of mindset blocks and “thinking errors.” We ALL have them because we’re human, and that’s what our brains do. One thing I’ve personally noticed is that when I’m feeling stressed out or overwhelmed, I am more prone to slipping into these unhelpful ways of thinking. 

 

In this episode, I’m going to be breaking down 3 common thinking errors that you might be making with food, and how to shift to a more helpful mindset. 

 

By making these mindset shifts, you’ll start to have more trust with yourself around all types of food, while also taking care of your health and being kind to your body. That’s food freedom, folks, and it’s a beautiful thing.
