We all have hidden fears because we’re human but that doesn’t make it any easier to admit to our partners what they are. So, not only do we have these fears but now we’re fearful of sharing with the people who are supposed to care and love us the most.

The reasons are numerous: fear of being vulnerable; fear of our partners not understanding; fear of being made fun of; fear of intimacy; gender stereotypes that men aren’t supposed to be afraid of anything.
