How can you begin to embody what it means to take up space? As a Black woman who worked in corporate America I can tell you that there were many, many times that I bit my tongue or hid my brilliance and based on conversations I've had, I am not the only one.
How do we embrace our value and begin to take up the space we rightfully deserve? Today I'm sharing three specific ways:
1. Honor your value
2. Own your words
3. Fill the space with your presence
Also, a bonus one is that everything we do doesn't warrant an apology (like I used to believe).
