Today, I am joined by one of the most brilliant Chiropractors, Functional Fitness expert, and Nutritionist, specializing in Advanced Metabolic Nutrition, Dr. Don Clum. Unlike what’s known in the medical world, his approach in Diabetic Care and other metabolic syndromes such as obesity has shown remarkable results.
In this episode, Dr. Clum talks about his experience in the practice of Diabetic Care and Fasting, giving focus on the important role of insulin and other hormones in our body. We’ve also talked about the fasting process and how our metabolic organs play vital roles in keeping our body healthy. He shares a few powerful messages. One of which is that “The goal of fasting is not to just get through it, but to actually have the ability to do it”.
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I do!
