We explore what happens between purchase and settlement, including making sure you get the contract off to the relevant people, paying your deposit, sorting insurances (very important!!), final inspections and settlement day.
Plus, once you settle, you have the awesome responsibility of paying off a mortgage (yay). Victoria and I chat about loan minimisation strategies, utilising your offset account and making sure you’re always getting the best interest rate.
