Dani and EmKay catch up with Sophia Laukli - a professional runner representing Salomon International based in Oslo, Norway. Most recently Sophia won the famed Sierre Zinal in the second fastest time every run on the course. In the 2023 Golden Trail World Series, she has also achieved an impressive 2nd place at the Dolomyths Skyrace following a triumphant win and a new course record at the Marathon du Mont Blanc.
