Kat has a long history at the publication, including serving as Culinary Director. In 2022 she was able to buy the publication full stop, and she is currently in the process of bringing back a print edition. We were so happy to hear this news, and Kat shares with us what the next generation of Saveur will look like, as well as some of her favorite stories.
