Ali qualified as a dietitian in 2017 from DIT and Trinity College Dublin. Since qualifying Ali has worked in a range of areas in Irish hospitals including nutritional support, oncology, weight management, diabetes and cardiac rehabilitation.

Ali has extensive experience working with people with PCOS and sub-fertility and contributed to the National Clinical Guidelines for Nutrition in Pregnancy.
