Love’s in the air! We’re approaching our 16th month together, and February has us all in amor-mode, so we thought we’d share our new relationship ritual with you all. 

It’s been super-helpful for us to get into the habit of expressing what we’re grateful for every night and bring important subjects we tend to sweep under the carpet to the surface. Communication is crucial to all relationships — business and personal — and this has proved to be a great tool for us to both feel seen and valued.
