About our guest:

Tami Reiss, also known as the Product Leader Coach, helps leaders be awesome. After almost 20 years experience helping startups, established enterprise companies, and community organizations define their product strategy and set up product organizations for scale, she now helps others do the same. CEOs, CPOs, VPs of Product work with her to develop cohesive product strategies, transform product organizations, and improve board relations. She has held many product roles within B2B SaaS organizations and consulted with companies such as Humana, Aetna, JPMorgan, TheKnotWW, Cornerstone on Demand among dozens of others which adds to her ability to understand different perspectives and various industries.


Tami is known for simplifying the complex, communicating directly, and believing that everything is a product. Recently, she was the lead product strategy consultant for Melissa Perri's ProduxLabs and CPO-in-Residence for Insight Partners which meant she was often interim VP of Product at their portfolio companies. On the side, in 2015 Tami launched Just Not Sorry, a Gmail plug-in used by half a million people around the globe to write more confident emails. She is also the President of the Board of Matan, a non-profit dedicated to creating inclusive and equitable spaces for people with disabilities in the Jewish community.


Tami lives with her husband Nadav and two kids in Florida, but has spent half her life in LA and NYC. She loves to travel (47 states and 46 countries and counting!), speaks Hebrew and some Spanish, and considers herself a citizen of the world.
