We also talk about why weekly weigh-ins can be misleading, how daily weigh-ins should be used as data instead of judgment, and exactly what to do if your weight is trending up versus just having one off day. If the scale messes with your head or makes you want to quit, this episode will help you stay consistent and focused on long-term results.
