On this episode: Nate, Aaron and guest host Elijah Lloyd Jones cure all that ails you, explaining how to cast your burdens on Christ. Also, be careful “shoulding” on yourself.
Our Guest: Carver Brown is a recovery coach, recovery coach trainer, structured family recovery counselor, love first interventionists, and Life Works coach. He comes to us with over 20 years of sober experience. Carver reminds us that recovery is messy, we will mess up, but we are getting better. He walks us through the four types of amends and how to do them, as well as some mistakes and limitations. Carver also shares about leading groups of people through the 12-steps in a day.
