What boundaries are you setting in your own DND era? It’s time to move with intention—welcome to Tyra’s DND era. In this episode, she breaks down why she’s done overextending herself in relationships, career, and mental health. No more pouring from an empty cup, no more saying “yes” just because there’s a check attached, and no more guilt for needing quiet moments to reset.

Boundaries are necessary, not optional. Whether in relationships or friendships, being upfront about needs and expectations protects peace.
Not every opportunity is worth the hustle. Just because it pays doesn’t mean it aligns—fulfillment matters just as much as financial gain.
Routines should evolve with you. Life is always shifting, and the systems in place should shift too—there’s no shame in needing to reset.
