7 Ways to make fitness a lifestyle

  1. Change your mindset (This is a lifelong journey)
  2. Learn yourself, set rules & non negotiables , coach Jason says if you did great that’s great, and if you failed that’s great too / Set rules (Driving home example/ 8pm)
  3. Establish systems that work (Become a planner) (Gym times, pre logging & flexible rest days)
  4. Stop drastic measures and restrictions
  5. Have a plan after the plan
  6. Get some support/ emotionally attached make emotional decisions
  7. Keep building healthy habits - trying new things (10k steps, reading, listening to this podcast, sleep schedule, finding healthy options, making healthy friends, asking yourself what a healthy person would do)
