Ashley shares how the world of women’s recovery is developing and gaining more traction and resources. She also discusses the shortcomings of the church's discussion about the body, sex, and double standards. Other topics include the links between rising technology use and depression and anxiety, and the motivation to stay on the journey of recovery.
