Back in episode 267, I answered a big question: should you buy or rent a home? I spent the whole episode making the case for renting and showing how most people are lured into home ownership under false pretenses… and then, about a year later, we decided to buy a home. So, why did I go against my own advice? Why did we make such a dumb financial decision?
